I had a wonderful time at this resort! The rooms are impressively spacious, making it perfect for families. The location is surrounded by lush coffee plantations, really enhancing the atmosphere. The service was attentive, particularly from staff members Praveen and Dev, who made our experience so much more comfortable. However, while the dining options were decent, there is definitely room for improvement. Overall, it's a great place for a family getaway, but it could work on its dining variety.
